Brady, we have noticed that a lot of kids on the spectrum have issues with Halloween: dressing up in costumes, decor and trick or treating. Can you please give us your thoughts on Halloween?
teases the mind about real thoughts and imagery of the already grandiose senses. your brain tricks you quite often dulling or enhancing sights sounds and touch. the idea of halloween is to victimize senses which is our reality daily. various costumes trick the vision with lighting and figurative illusions that confuse brain.
As always, this is so insightful. Tricking the sense...we neurotypicals make light of this but it's a constant reality for persons with autism. Thank you for providing this valuable insight. Amy
